DIVAA是市面上唯一可以定量且具重覆性的活體內血管新生套組, 此套組利用血管新生試驗管(angioreactor), 將待測藥物與BME混合物填至試驗管,並稙入老鼠體內進行血管新生試驗.與傳統的Matrigel plug方法相比.BME混合物不會被自體吸收,因此除了定性外亦可同時定量血管新生的程度,試驗結果再現性高,人為誤差程度小….是做活體血管新生的最佳選擇
| Cultrex® DIVAA™ Angiogenesis Starter Kit |
The Directed In Vivo Angiogenesis Assay (DIVAA™) is the first in vivo system for the study of angiogenesis that provides quantitative and reproducible results. With the onset of angiogenesis, cellular vascularization proceeds to invade the angioreactor, and as early as nine days post-implantation, there are enough cells to determine an effective dose response to angiogenic modulating factors. The sleek design of the patented angioreactor optimizes sensitivity and allows for up to four units per mouse, giving a more controlled experiment and decreasing the number of mice required for a study. The DIVAA Starter Kit was developed with new users in mind. This kit is ideal for optimizing assay conditions.

| Cultrex® Basement Membrane Proteins and Kits |
Basement Membrane Extract can be used for promotion and maintenance of a differentiated phenotype in a variety of cell cultures including primary epithelial cells, endothelial cells, and smooth muscle cells. It has been employed in angiogenesis assays, tumor cell invasion assays, and as a vehicle to augment the tumorigenicity of injected tumor cells in nude mice. Trevigen also offers PathClear® BME which has been tested and cleared of 31 pathogens and viruses as well as bacteria and mycoplasma.
